It constitutes the company’s judgment on who is officially permitted to influence the others usually referred to as an authority (Johns & Saks, 2017). Typically, as one moves up the firm’s hierarchy, members continue possessing more legitimate power. Some people are likely to use their legitimate power for intimidating others or making others bow down on them.
